She is Leaving on a Jet Plane

Dear Ms. Koay, oh no, should be Dr. Koay already, will be leaving for U.K. today, along with her escaping-from-reality sister, and very proud mother.

Luckily we managed to catch up with each other's gossips after a more than 5-hour long heart-to-heart talk yesterday, which off course, as usual, never lead to any conclusion other than "see how la".

Despite miscellaneous uncertainties in life that constantly gnaw at us under the facade of our peaceful lives, I am happy that Dr. Koay is heading towards something that she has worked for all these years; at least that is something for sure.

Quoting Ms. Ching Ching: "Graduation is only a short relief from 'hardship'." Entering the reality world is a different story. I hope Dr. Koay will be stronger as she face challenges in her new career.
